Turning IDEA into a PROJECT is a five-part series that introduces people to fundamental skills they’ll need to start designing their project for addressing an issue in their community. The series covers personal skills checking—a fundamental mechanism for understanding the principle of know-how and know-how to be; the issue of deep understanding of the key elements in entrepreneurship —how, when, and why to leverage your potential; starting effective conversations—steps to take to get conversations about people issues as tricky as threats to transform it as opportunities; and designing their project using the ALFI e-Hub—leadership & entrepreneurship structures that help individuals remain sustainable, quick, and nimble.
